If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first by email at geral@mekie-planet.com. We always try to sort things out directly.

If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, under Law No. 144/2015:

• CNIACC, Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration, www.cniacc.pt).
• Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa (www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt).
