Shipping and Delivery Policy
Where we ship
We ship with CTT (Portuguese postal service) to mainland Portugal, the Azores, Madeira and every country in the European Union. For other countries, contact us before ordering.

The exact amount appears at checkout when you choose your country. Free shipping is based on the value of the items before discounts. The Azores and Madeira pay the same as the mainland.
The weight includes the packaging (about 100 g). As a guide, a t-shirt weighs about 250 g, an accessory between 50 and 180 g and a hoodie about 700 g. Above 2 kg, the order ships in more than one parcel and the shipping costs are added together.
Delivery times
- Mainland Portugal, Azores and Madeira: up to 7 working days after payment is confirmed.
- European Union: 10 to 15 working days after payment is confirmed.
- Made-to-order pieces: the production time shown on the product page is added to the shipping time.
During holidays or sales, delivery may take a little longer. If there is a delay, we will let you know by email.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send you an email with the CTT tracking number.
Address and delivery
Check your address carefully at checkout. If the order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we will send it again once you pay the new shipping costs, or refund the value of the items.
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, send photos to geral@mekie-planet.com and we will fix it at no cost to you.
Taxes
Prices include VAT. There are no customs duties on shipments within the European Union.
